Coronavirus January 2021 School Closures
Return to School – January 2021
From Monday 11th January 2021 the majority of children will receive remote education. You will receive an email on Monday morning with home learning planning for the week. If you have any questions or need any help, please contact your child’s class teacher via email, or, from Monday 11th January, staff will be available in school to help with your enquiry. We will send out more information about remote learning during the week. If you have any difficulties accessing the home learning, please let us know. Please remember that all teachers will be working in school as well as organising home learning, so there may be a slight delay in responding to you if your query arrives during the school day.
Children of Critical Workers
School will remain open for the children of critical workers. If you fall into this category and can provide evidence from your employer that you are a critical worker, please contact Mrs Mayfield as soon as possible via email email@example.com so that we can organise classes and make staffing arrangements. Start and end times of the school day will remain as usual: drop off from 8.30 and collection from 3.00. If you require Breakfast Club, please let us know. There will be no afterschool clubs at the moment. Children should wear uniform but dress warmly because of the increased levels of ventilation in school.
Free school meals
We are currently working on a plan for free school meals. More information will be available next week.
