Years 5 and 6 were very excited to attend a dodgeball festival at Lacon Childe.
It was a wonderful afternoon and all the children had a brilliant time.
They listened carefully to Lacon’s Young Leaders and followed the given instructions. This meant that everyone played lots of games. All the children tried hard and it was great to see the enjoyment on their faces.
We were impressed with the children’s attitudes as they were gracious in victory and defeat.
The afternoon ended with a massive game which took up the entire sports hall.
There were many great competitors, but the Young Leaders and Lacon staff were particularly impressed with Ava’s attitude and determination.
