We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of netball and football at Lacon Childe. The sports festival was run by the Young Leaders and the children all had a wonderful time.
The children selected the sport which they wanted to do and took part in a tournament against other local schools. It was great to see so many children happily playing.
The netball and football players had a fantastic time and experienced a range of results. The children enjoyed showing off the skills they had learnt with Mr. Adams and Mr. Boyd and all tried extremely hard. The children worked collaboratively and persevered.
The children behaved fantastically and were gracious is victory and defeat. It was a fantastic afternoon.
